This mare was just brought from a track emaciated and with a strange scaly rash on her back and hip.

Track vets said she had 'rain rot' but it was not a scab. The scaly, dry skin with no hair was the result of poor blood circulation.

There was no scabbing or raw areas under the dry skin. This condition healed up in less than 14 days with adjustment and Sierra Gold Creamine.

With her front end adjusted and having been on grass hay, a little oats and Sierra Gold Creamine, she has flesh over her ribs and her hair is getting some shine to it.

With her rear end adjusted she is moving a lot more freely and is still gaining. Her attitude and appearance are notably better. Notice the lack of muscle density in the hind quarters compared to the chest and shoulders which have been adjusted longer.
